Welcome to The Child Friendly Olympic Games! We are excited to bring together children to enjoy sports, friendly competition, national pride, and medal counting in a fun and engaging environment.
1. Age Limits for Participation
Participants must fall within a specified age range as outlined in the event's rules and regulations. Children who do not meet the age criteria will not be eligible to participate.
2. Entry Fee
There may be an entry fee to participate in the event. The fee amount will be clearly stated in the event registration guidelines. By registering for the event, participants agree to pay any required fees.
3. One Event Participation
Participants are allowed to choose and compete in only one event. No multiple entries will be allowed. Participants must bring the completed entry form along with them when joining the event, and it should be presented at the time of check-in for verification purposes.
4. Event Schedule and Timings
The specific dates, times, and locations for the events and activities will be provided in advance. Participants and their guardians should make sure to attend on time as per the event schedule.
5. Health Requirements
All participants may be required to provide proof of good health and fitness before competing. The event organizers may request a doctor's certificate or a health clearance to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. Participants with any medical conditions that may affect their performance or safety are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before participating.
6. Eligibility Criteria
Participants may be required to meet specific eligibility criteria, such as being a resident of the country or region hosting the event. Details regarding eligibility will be specified during the registration process. Participants must not have a history of doping or any other disqualifying health or safety issues.
7. Rules of Conduct
All participants, along with their guardians, must adhere to the event's code of conduct. This includes respectful behaviour and ensuring that no foul language, bullying, or physical altercations take place during the event. Participants who violate these rules may be disqualified from the event or asked to leave.
8. Safety and Supervision
The safety of all participants is a top priority. Safety measures and protocols will be in place for all activities, including first aid support. Guardians and parents must supervise children at all times, particularly when they are not actively participating in the events.
9. Liability Waiver
By registering for the event, participants and their guardians agree to waive any liability against the event organizers, sponsors, and partners for any injury, accident, or loss that may occur during participation.
10. Media and Photo Consent
By participating, participants and their guardians grant permission for photographs and videos taken during the event to be used for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes related to The Child Friendly Olympic Games. Photographs and videos may be uploaded to official event Instagram and YouTube channels within 45 to 90 days following the event date. Personal sharing of event photos and videos is strictly prohibited.
11. Changes to the Event
The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or any other details as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants in a timely manner.
12. Refund Policy
Please note that once registration is complete, we are unable to issue refunds. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
